36 Gujarat Congress MLAs need Shankersinh Vaghela to be CM applicant

Ahmedabad: Thirty-six Congress MLAs host asked the get-together high summon to pronounce senior pioneer Shankersinh Vaghela as the boss clerical hopeful in Gujarat, where get together surveys are expected by the year-end.

State Congress president Bharatsinh Solanki was absent at the meet, but rather he later said the gathering has a few equipped pioneers, including Vaghela, and one of them can be anticipated for the top position.

Of the aggregate 57 Congress MLAs in Gujarat, 36 went to the meeting and embraced the 76-year-old government official's name as the CM's face, said Gyasuddin Shaikh, a gathering lawmaker from the city.

Noticeable MLAs, who went to the meet included Mohansinh Rathva, Indranil Rajyaguru, Kamaniba Rathod, Anand Chaudhary, Punabhai Gamit, Chandrikaben Bariya and Ramsinh Parmar.

"Amid the meeting, all these 36 MLAs requested that our Leader of Opposition Shankersinh Vaghela be proclaimed as the CM hopeful. This will expand our odds of winning the surveys," said Shaikh.
