Russia probes 'act of terror' after metro blast kills 10

Holy person PETERSBURG: Russia opened a test into a suspected "demonstration of fear" Monday after 10 individuals were killed and handfuls more harmed in an impact that shook the Saint Petersburg metro.

Russia's Investigative Committee said it was testing a "demonstration of fear" yet included it would investigate all other conceivable reasons for the impact.
